I can provide a wide variety of services. Listed below are my most popular services. While many of my competitors charge individually for these services, I will perform any of them and only bill you my flat hourly rate.

My current flat hourly fee for home & business clients is $65.00 per hour. While the majority of my work entails me coming to your location, you can bring your computer to me to drop off for repair services.

1. Purchase Consulting

Determine the wants & needs of the client as well as their environment
Determine the structure, type, and configuration of their system based on budget
Obtain quotes for systems through local retailers and online stores
Provide a roadmap of future upgrades to ensure system longevity

2. Hands on Training

Spend time teaching new skills to the client on-site
Develop lesson plans based on the client's current skills
Classroom training available upon request.

3. Computer Repair Services

Repair, Upgrade, Deployment of PC & Macintosh Computers
Network Configuration & Installation (Wired as well as Wireless)
Work can be performed on-site as well as in house (thru machine drop off)

4. Internet Research

Perform Extensive & In-Depth Internet Searches
Most information searches can be completed within 24 hours or less

5. Design Services

Web Design, Layout, Analysis and Troubleshooting
Digital & Traditional Photography
Image Manipulation
Experience using Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark, Dreamweaver, FrontPage, iWeb, RapidWeaver & More.

6. Miscellaneous Services

Data Recovery Services (hard disk recovery, backup, transfer)
Hard Disk Cleanup (remove clutter, defragmentation, optimization)
Spyware Removal (stop pop-up ads, malicious scripts)
Virus Removal (virus deletion, install virus utilities)
Interior Computer Vacuuming (cleaning of fans, components, etc.)

If any of the above tasks require actions further than I can perform, I take care of this as well. I will contact computer manufacturers on your behalf to discuss support options, find solutions to problems, obtain further system info, and more. This can be performed through conference calls, or I can contact companies directly. I keep logs of all information obtained via these calls for my reference as well as yours.
